A vendor selling cheap jewelry and other cheap ware belongs at a flea market not at the spa (saratoga race course) located gate b along horse path , it cheapens the experience
Why don’t you list a menu? Or food locations? This doesn’t help at all.
And it's credit cards only since the Belmont. A complete travesty. Do better NYRA.
