Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clifton Park

If I could give negative stars I would. We checked in about 11pm. 6 yo 4 yo and 1yo. My husband was bringing all our stuff in after he got us up to the room, and the older two fell right back asleep. The baby was not happy so if course, he cries like all babies do. The first time we get a knock on the door saying we need to be quiet. I assured him (the manager) that I was trying my best because of there was anybody that wanted that baby to sleep, it was me! A couple minutes later a knock on the door again asking me to take my baby outside. I told him, I’m sorry I can’t do that. He told me he was going to call the cops to help me with my children. Well lo and behold bmw husband comes back and the guy had called the cops. We were packing our kids back out of the room and the coo looked at the manager and us and said seriously? What did he want us to do? Take your kid away?!

So there you have it. Terrible terrible management. Even the lady next door who called to complain I met her in the hall and she tried to make the baby smile and said she hoped he would calm down and could get some good sleep. She up being very kind and was shocked that he called the cops on us.
