In this hands-on holiday cookie class, you'll learn the techniques to create three classic Italian Christmas cookies: Canestrelli (delicate shortbread), Cantucci (Italian Almond Biscotti), and Baci di Dama, (hazelnut & chocolate sandwich cookies).
What to Expect:
- Enjoy a Prosecco greet with meats, cheeses, & focaccia before class begins
- Hands-on preparation of holiday cookie dough with Chef Fabrizio
