Food & Drinks
As always, guests are invited to the porch of the clubhouse from 7 to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast at the Track! The scrumptious morning buffet is presented by B95.5 FM Breakfast Club, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The price for adults is $18.50, and $10.25 for the little ones. And don’t forget to follow up your meal with a tram tour through the backstretch! Tours begin at 7:30 and depart from the clubhouse entrance every 15 minutes through 9 a.m.
Taste NY: Cider, Wine & Spirits is held every Thursday at the Berkshire Bank Saratoga Pavilion from noon to 5 p.m. Sample five drinks of your choice for only $5!
Also on Thursdays, Tequila & Tacos are being offered after the final race! Come to The Post and enjoy delicious specials while listening to live flamenco guitar performances.
Taste NY continues on Fridays with Craft Beer, and on weekends with Food and Artisans!
Woodford Reserve Fridays and Ketel One Party at The Post, on Fridays and Saturdays respectively, are your destination after the final race. Enjoy drinks, live music, trivia, and giveaways!
Other Highlights
Wednesday, August 2 is Irish Day at the Track! Come celebrate the heritage of Irish-Americans with great music, dancing, food, and drinks! The festivities begin in the Berkshire Bank Saratoga Pavilion at 11 a.m. and wrap up at 5 p.m. Step dancers from the Boland School of Irish Dance will be greeting guests at the grandstand and clubhouse entrances and perform trackside following the third race. Remember to wear green and decorate your picnic tables for the occasion!
The Fasig-Tipton Festival of Racing is coming to the Track on Saturday, August 5. Awards including the “Best Turned Out Horse” will be presented in the winner’s circle prior to the race.
Celebrate Jockey Legends Day on Sunday, August 6! Receive autographs from Angel Cordero, Ramon Dominguez, and Robbie Davis: just some of the top riders who will be honored at the Track this Sunday.
Monday, August 7 is the Short-Sleeve T-Shirt Giveaway! Shirts are free with paid admission while supplies last, so make sure you get here early! Guests with a season pass or season ticket are guaranteed their giveaway: just be sure you’re here on Monday, and that you redeem your shirt by 3 p.m.
Community Outreach Booth
On Wednesday, the Booth hosts K9s for Warriors. Show your support for this amazing non-profit, whose mission is to empower veterans suffering with post-traumatic stress and brain injury by building happy relationships with canines.
Thursday hosts Gallop NYC, offering therapeutic horsemanship programs to children and adults with disabilities.
Hope Soars, providing education, programs, and support to improve the quality of life for Parkinson’s patients and their loved ones, will be at the Community Outreach Booth this Friday.
On Saturday, meet with individuals from Christie’s Heartoberfest. This non-profit organization assists the SADS Foundation by supporting those predisposed to sudden death through heart rhythm abnormalities.
Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is at the Booth this Sunday. Learn about how this non-profit accredits, inspects, and awards grants to aftercare organizations, ensuring that retired thoroughbreds live happy lives after racing.
Finally, on Monday, come and support Friends of Moreau Lake State Park, partnering with New York State Parks to provide visitors with education, events, and stewardship.
